RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

To rent a car, the driver must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, a credit card in their name. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period, and the credit card must have sufficient funds to cover the rental charges, deposit, and any other additional charges.

2. RENTAL PERIOD

The rental period starts and ends on the dates and times specified in the reservation confirmation. If the renter wants to extend the rental period, they must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time to obtain approval and pay any additional rental charges.

3. RENTAL RATES

The rental rates are based on the rental period, type of vehicle, and any additional services or equipment requested by the renter. The rental rates do not include fuel, tolls, parking fees, fines, or any other additional charges. The renter is responsible for paying these charges directly.

4. PAYMENT

The renter must pay the rental charges and any other additional charges in full before the rental pickup. We accept major credit cards, cash, and traveler’s checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

5. DEPOSIT

We have no deposit ! 😀

6. INSURANCE

The rental vehicle is insured against damage, theft, and liability, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the rental vehicle, regardless of fault, up to the amount of the deductible specified in the rental agreement. 

If you are “unlucky” and make a damage on the car(Crash), that we have to fix, it will cost a self insurance off 6000 DKK.

     7. USE OF VEHICLE

The renter must use the rental vehicle in a responsible and lawful manner, and only for the purposes stated in the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of the rental vehicle, including damage to the vehicle itself, other vehicles, and property.

8. RETURN OF VEHICLE

The renter must return the rental vehicle on the date, time, and location specified in the rental agreement. If the renter returns the vehicle after the scheduled return time, they may be charged a late fee. If the renter returns the vehicle to a different location, they may be charged an additional fee.

9. CANCELLATION

The renter may cancel the reservation at any time, but may be subject to cancellation fees if the cancellation is made within a certain timeframe before the scheduled pickup time. The cancellation fees vary depending on the type of vehicle and rental period.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Additional terms and conditions may apply to certain rentals or services, and will be disclosed at the time of reservation or rental pickup.
